As far back as I can remember I have enjoyed being in the kitchen. It's where I have spent countless quality hours with my grandmother, aunt and mom. Cooking & baking have always been a passion & I love to experiment with dishes, adding unique flavors and my own touch to each meal. One year I picked more strawberries than I knew what to do with, and that's when I stumbled across a jelly recipe that started my new-found zeal. I enjoy gardening and using my own fruits, vegetables, and herbs when able, but I also love supporting local farms and picking their produce at peak season. My goal was to create something different; jellies, jams & sauces you don't normally find on the grocery store shelves. I founded Alex's Wonderland Jellies & Jams with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and it has been a wild success ever since.
